Michele truly made our stay special, goin' above and beyond with insider tips and transfers. The Deluxe King Room was so spacious with a lovely balcony and powerful shower. Couldn't hear a peep from the street, which was a real treat. Just wish that fridge was cooler for our leftovers!

The fridge temperature was disappointing!!! A tricky entrance lock caused minor hassles!!! More toiletries would surely enhance the experience!!! It’s a shame the limited TV channel options didn't include more familiar content!!!
